How do I pay for my session?
All sessions need to be secured with a 50% booking fee and the outstanding balance is due on the photoshoot day. Payment to be made via bank transfer.
Where are you based and do you have a studio?
I am based in the 22nd district of Vienna. It's easy to get to my studio by the U2 metro, or if you drive, you can park in front of the building. Our studio is on the first floor and we have an elevator, so you can easily bring your pushchair if needed. Address: 1220 Vienna, Hausfeldstrasse 105. 1/4.
What extra products can we order from you?
We are continuously extending our product. Please email me/text me on Instagram or WhatsApp, and I will send the actualised opportunity.
Can parents and siblings come along?
YES! YES and YES! Mums, dads, and siblings are always part of the photoshoot unless requested otherwise. I would always encourage you to be in the photos with your loved one and with the siblings too. They will be your little one’s favourite ones when he/she is older.

Now, if you are loving what you see in my portfolio, let me share a little more about my workflow. I'm all about preserving your special days without any fuss or unnatural poses. My approach is gentle and relaxed, and I believe that the photos we create will be as unique as your little one. Trust me, these photos will be treasured on your walls forever!
How do I get prepared for the photoshoot?
There is no need to add any stress on you to get you ready for the shoot.
I have everything we need for your baby in the studio: We have a separate room for you, where you can get ready. There is a soft sofa, changing table, nappies, extra blankets, toys, and everything else that you need. And we have prepared some coke, coffee and soft drinks for daddy and mummy.
If you are coming with a small baby, it would be ideal if you could feed your baby before coming, but if this doesn’t work with your schedule, please do not worry. I will work around his/her needs and patterns.
How do I book in?
Once we've chatted (if you don't have a question, you can email me directly) and you're ready to book your photoshoot, you just need to write a short or long email to me (hello@whitefluffstudio.com) and we will determine your date and everything else that needs to be done before the big day. 😉
What if my baby doesn't cooperate?
Every kid is different. We have time to let him/her find confidence in this new place and situation and I will "work" around him/her.
For example: It is common for babies not to enjoy the cake and that's absolutely fine. We can let them touch it, hold some or even hide some familiar snacks or fruit in the back of the cake to help them get stuck in. Also, we have a huge bubble pipe, which makes 99% of the kids happy.
What will happen if somebody gets ill/sick?
Of course, it could happen, especially with small kids or even with me. In this situation, it would be best to reschedule the photoshoot for a later date when the individual is feeling good again. But it's so important to communicate openly and promptly with me, or let me know straight away.
Is it possible to get the original (RAW) pictures/file?
I understand that you may prefer to have all raw photos, but I believe that delivering fully edited and polished images will provide you with the best quality and representation of my work. I put a lot of time and effort into editing each photo to ensure they meet my high standards and I want to deliver a final product that reflects my best work.
However, if you really would like to keep all the unedited pictures, they are available for an additional cost of 250€, delivered in high-quality JPG format. It's important to note that these images cannot be shared on social media. Nonetheless, they would be an excellent addition to a yearly album or even a little extra gift for grandma.
